Healing Compass is 90 minutes of trauma-informed care with Erin Caldwell, LCSW

A new group starts Tuesday, October 6, for adults healing after mold exposure. This limited-size group will meet on Zoom every Tuesday from 11:30am to 1:00pm CST, through December 8th.

Healing Compass is a 90-minute session of trauma-informed care with Erin Caldwell, LCSW, of New Chapter Therapy. Erin brings tools for overwhelm, grief and self-blame, along with the slower work of rebuilding once the crisis has passed. It is a closed 10-week series, so the same small group meets each week and trust has room to grow.

Spots are limited and a brief intake comes first, to make sure the group is a good fit for you.

The intake form is linked here and questions can be sent to Erin at erin.caldwell.lscw@gmail.com.
