Mold doesn't just damage a home. It can take a toll on your body, your relationships, and your sense of who you are. Long after the house is handled, you can still be stuck in survival mode, worn down by the relationships that got complicated, and feeling like a stranger to yourself. Those are the parts no one sees, and they are some of the hardest to carry.
You don't have to carry them alone here. Over ten weeks, this group moves through what recovery actually asks of you. Finding safety in your own body again. Untangling the relationships and boundaries that got heavy. Facing the grief and the isolation. And slowly rebuilding self-trust and steady ground to stand on.
This is a small, closed group that meets every Wednesday for ten weeks, September 9 through November 18, 2026, on Zoom. Because the group stays small and the same people return each week, space is limited and a short application comes first.
Facilitator: Stacey Smith
Stacey is a licensed mental health provider and a mold-literate naturopathic practitioner who has spent more than twenty years walking alongside people in recovery. Somewhere along the way she saw how deeply mold can affect the mind and the emotions, not just the body, and she built her work around that truth.
She leads this group because the emotional side of mold is so often the part left untended. People are told to fix the house and move on, when the harder work is finding your way back to yourself. This is a place to do that work together, in good company, without having to explain yourself first.
A short application is required, as space is limited. [Apply here]
