Support Series: Navigating Life While Recovering From Mold

If you've recovered from mold, or you're still in it, then you know all too well that it's never just physical. The hardest parts are often the ones no one sees. The survival mode. The strained relationships. The stranger you sometimes feel like to yourself.

From Survival to Safety is a free, closed 10-week support group for people navigating the emotional, relational, and nervous system side of mold-related illness. It meets on Zoom in a small, consistent group, so the same people show up for each other week after week.

Over ten weeks, the group works through what mold recovery actually asks of you. Finding safety in your own body again. Untangling the relationships and boundaries that got heavy. Facing the grief and the isolation. And slowly rebuilding self-trust and stable ground to stand on.

Your facilitator is Stacey Smith, a licensed mental health provider and mold-literate naturopathic practitioner with more than twenty years supporting people through recovery. She understands how deeply mold can affect mental and emotional health, and she brings both clinical training and a compassionate, whole-person approach to the group.

Because this is a small, closed group, space is limited and a short application is required before the series begins.

When: Wednesdays, September 9 through November 18, 2026
Time: 5:30 to 7:00 pm CST
Where: Zoom
Sign up: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdQw-mZj-L4Soutts7izdFVIDklpXmuRpg5dQ6m0s-fVThKDQ/viewform

This group offers support and community. It is not a substitute for individual medical or mental health care.

You don't have to keep doing this in survival mode. And you don't have to do it alone.
